We understand that you had requested a single 1.5 kg eggless chocolate truffle cake, but due to an app limitation, the order was processed as three ½ kg cakes.Once we understood the mistake and received back the 3 cakes, we immediately prepared and delivered a single 1.5 kg cake as wanted by you. We truly regret the confusion and inconvenience this has caused you.Winners Bakery will also be working closely with Zomato to ensure that such issues do not occur again in the future.
