Passing by Tippu Sultan's Mosque, visit this bar. The Bakery & Wilson with takeaway dishes is good for those clients who like to have a snack on the go. The staff is said to be courteous here. The food is excellent, the service good and unobtrusive. The only reason why this place will not get a 5 star rating is because the general location is not great. It is located on Waterloo Street which is shabby, broken, dug up in places and dirty. And I think in the morning, the lights in the bakery are kept a bit dim. So overall, there is a bit of gloom. Nothing significant, but just not bright enough. We had a girly coffee date with mushroom croissant (good), caramel banana pastry (excellent) and cappuccino (good again). I frequently have their Belgian chocolate pastry which is their signature dish and also excellent. I found the prices very reasonable, too. And one advantage of the morning hour (10.30 to 12ish) is that it was not at all rushed. This being an office locality, I presume the crowds start later. Overall, very satisfactory, if you ignore the location.
