This property doesn’t need reviews, it is one of a kind, amidst nature, even during monsoon it was heaven, jacuzzi is top, don’t miss. The staff each and every person takes care of you like a mother. We travelled with 15month old . It is kid friendly place, we got baby food the way we want, they gave us stroller. Christine helped us to check in, gaurav helped us in restaurant with food, mrunal helped us in swim area. Dont miss this property. They help you at every step. Though charges R too high bt its worth Service: 5

One of best resorts i have stayed , staying here well be close to my heart, staff arranged decoration for my son b’day and special cake and treatment we received in all areas Each and every staff was well mannered, good etiquettes and well behaved. From the moment I made the reservation, I knew we were in good hands. The booking process was smooth and thoughtful — the staff asked all the right questions and showed genuine care. A day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel to reconfirm our preferences, allergies, and to understand if there were any special occasions to celebrate — a gesture that truly stood out. This property is worth every minute and every penny you spend. The hospitality here is unmatched — from the General Manager who personally welcomed us, to the staff who escorted us to our beautifully decorated room for my wife’s birthday. The effort and emotion behind the setup brought tears to our eyes. The room itself was perfect, with breathtaking views. Sitting outside at breakfast, soaking in the valley view with a warm cup of coffee, felt absolutely priceless. Every detail we had shared during booking — from dietary preferences to allergies — was remembered and thoughtfully acted upon, which meant a lot to us as a family. The wellness facilities were top-notch — the well-equipped gym, serene swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam, and shower areas gave us a complete day of rejuvenation. We felt pampered in every way. We also fell in love with the natural beauty surrounding the property — the green patches, walking trails, and the overall cleanliness made our stay peaceful and grounding. One of the most touching details? Every single day, without us asking, someone from the staff would clean our car.
