I was super excited to celebrate my friend’s birthday with a delicious cake, but my enthusiasm was short-lived. I had ordered the cake from a popular so called WILD SUGAR through Swiggy, expecting it to arrive in perfect condition. But, to my horror, when I opened the box, I found that the cake had melted into a sad, soggy mess! The cake, which was supposed to be the centerpiece of our celebration, had turned into a puddle of colored sugar and cream. It was as if the cake had been left in the sun for hours, or worse, had been transported in a hot oven! I was devastated. All my plans for a perfect birthday celebration were ruined. My friend’s special day had been marred by a careless delivery. I couldn't help but feel frustrated . Pathetic packing by WILD SUGAR AND PATHETIC DELIVERY MY SWIGGY Food: 1 Service: 1
