When visiting Wild Bean Cafe, it's a must to try good frappes. The knowledgeable staff welcomes visitors all year round. The fine service is a great advantage of this place. The cozy atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Visited them today with my wife. They don’t care for a customer or his time. Bad service. They keep talking amongst themselves assuming customer has all day. I first went to order where the lady kept on ignoring me and then told me to come mater as she was busy talking to a staff who came with a bill. I told her to make my order and she said she will work and it and bill me later. After 12 mins she called me to take order whereas I was expecting my order. I told her that no need to take order and simply walked out and went to Starbucks which is the next shop. Wildbean Café is one of the best places to hang out and spend some quality time with office friends. comfortable and cozy ambience, dedicated and courteous staff, real good coffee. I had a relaxed time here with my family at Wild Bean Cafe Xperia Mall Palava. Thank you Tanmay and Swati for excellent customer service experience. Only complain, is the food options and availability issue some times.
