I feel they take the phrase that “you eat with your eyes” too seriously. The food looks good but the flavour combinations and elements do not go well. The beef steak was completely bland and overcooked. The Katafi below the lamb was completely soggy ( I don’t think it’s needed in the first place) and the lamb itself didn’t have any flavour. There was balsamic caviar(which is outdated in today’s cuisines) in almost all the dishes, even the lobster bisque! The recipe too needs to be reviewed as it tastes like too much of gelatin. Some dishes in the tasting were actually good like the pulled pork belly. The Original Sin dessert only looked like an apple but didn’t have any thing interesting except for a few small pieces of apple inside. I had to give a feedback here as nobody approached us at the end of our dinner to ask about the overall dining experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pulled Pork Belly, Lobster Bisque, Textures of Chocolat

Dear Russel, We try to stretch the limit in terms of food and flavour bringing unique ingredients to the dining experience in different ways. We recollect at your table there was a tasting menu and a A la Carte order placed, the tenderloin steak ordered was a medium to well, we did address your issue when it was informed, we did ask for feedback and if we could redo or offer a replacement or could choose something else, to which a dessert was ordered for and both the steak and dessert were not charged for. With regard to our Baklava crusted lamb, yes we do have Kataifi at the base to give a different texture and flavor to the dish along with other elements such as a Lima bean Puree and a jus that goes well together, this is a first that we heard of that the lamb didn't have any flavour. Lobster Bisque- we follow a very traditional approach to this dish and certainly do not use gelatin in it. It has been widely appreciated by our patrons. We did serve a 10 course tasting menu at no point we were given any feedback and we try not be too intrusive while our guests like their privacy while dining with us. While our dishes maybe not suiting your palette, but we will definitely take your feedback as mentioned in the review and course correct if required. Much love in 2025 Chef Jason

There was no mention of the main coarse not being upto the mark at all. Would like to understand what went wrong with the cocktails coz we believe a lot got lost in translation in understanding each other. While the pork belly was punched wrong, it was a genuine honest mistake which was rectified and informed immediately before you settled the bill. The “Fallen Ice” which you enquired on it earlier, when the service bearer asked you for it , you stated you were full. More
