Dear Sir, In response to your review, firstly, our sincerest apologies. We would like to state that we have put up “No Smoking” signs and that we do not encourage smoking at our restaurant. Our staff are directed to ask customers who are smoking to refrain from doing so. With respect to your complaint about the food, we would like to inform you that we maintain a small inventory and restock daily. We strive to maintain healthy food standards and we have never received a single complaint about the food before. None of the customers complained about the food on the day of your visit or prior to that day. It may be possible that other factors contributed to your issue. However, if you believe that it was our fault, we once again sincerely apologize. ‎ We are a small family run restaurant and every dish that we prepare is fresh and to order, and hence preparation takes a little while, which is mentioned on the menu. As for our staff, they have been handling the crowds for a while now, but the billing is not immediate as you mentioned in your review, it is a manual bill. We try to get this to you as soon as possible however sometimes there are understandable delays. ‎ We apologize for the inconvenience caused and sincerely hope that you will give us another chance to serve you again.
