food was not at all great - pizza tasted bad

1. Service was abyssmaly slow on a night when there were probably 6 tables occupied in total at the entire place. Despite a number of special requests they took over an hour to serve our food...Guests across the table from us were also extremely annoyed!
2. After all the wait, the quality and taste of the food was sub par!
3. Tap beer tasted like soap water
4. Music in the place was extremely loud. They had a group of people practising dancing and the entire staffs attention was focused on that and not managing the tables!
Our experience over there was extremely brutal and I strongly recommend the management to pay attention to the bare basics for running the restaurant!
