Please note that the cake was dispatched in perfect condition from our outlet with the “Happy Anniversary” message as requested instead of the topper as we always write on our cakes toppers are of additional charge. We’ve double-checked this on our end. It seems the issue may have occurred during delivery, which is handled by Zomato’s delivery partners. We recommend raising this with Zomato support so they can assist you further. We also have our own delivery riders and we would be happy to serve you as well.
