I had one of the worst service experiences at this place. Despite being a paying customer, the level of service was extremely poor. The staff were not only unhelpful but also quite rude. The manager was dismissive and showed no regard for customers’ presence or needs. Even basic things like water were only provided after placing a formal order and waiting based on a queue system, which felt unreasonable and unwelcoming. It seemed like no matter how much you paid, the service remained the same—lacking courtesy, responsiveness, and care. I strongly believe that when customers are paying for a service, they deserve at least a basic level of hospitality and attention, and unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Where Else BYOB & Cafe is a cool spot where you can bring your own drinks from the store next door. The place has a nice vibe with an open layout and sometimes they have live music, which adds to the fun. It's perfect for hanging out with your friends, having a few drinks, and maybe even dancing a bit.The crowd is usually pretty decent, and it's a good place to celebrate special occasions like birthdays. The food is alright, nothing to write home about, but it's decent enough if you just want to sit back and relax.Now, I have to be honest about the service - it can be a bit slow at times. And they're a bit strict about letting in stags, so if you're a guy coming alone, you might have to convince them to let you in.Overall, Where Else BYOB & Cafe is a fun place to spend an evening with friends. Just be patient with the service and make sure you bring your own drinks!

Cheap crowded place
Very cheap kind crowded place.someone stole my purse and when we tried to talk staff for help they didn’t help instead of that thay make scenes and hit my friend…even we have cctv footage how their bounce hit my friend and make a scene..around 7 to 8 people come and created violence over there no one come for help..if you are couple and two people than try to avoid..
