Order #20895 placed on June 28, 2025 on the website. After 10 days there is no communication on where the order is. No body replies back on the email. No one picks up the call. Pathetic experience. Planning to raise a police complaint.

Really great espresso, great ambiance, nice vibes. I just wonder what it’s going to take for them to hire more people and improve the service here. There is only someone to take your order 1/3 of the time. It takes an absurdly long time to get your items (1 hour for a coffee, 2 hours for food). They clearly have only hired the bare minimum of people here. The multiple times I was here, I got the wrong food item and the wrong coffee. The second time the food never came after 2 hrs. I think the workers are nice but for the love of god keep someone at the front counter making the coffee at all times!! And hire more people Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Located along a peaceful lane in Gokulam, Westend Coffee Company - Boho is hands down one of the best cafe in town! Their menu offers a great variety of hot and cold beverages, and the cold coffee is simply outstanding. We also tried the Blueberry Breeze Mojito and Watermelon Wave Mojito, both of which were incredibly refreshing. The use of fresh pulp and skin, combined with unique flavors, made every sip delightful. The cafe is super cute, with an aesthetic vibe that draws in a groovy mix of locals and foreign nationals. It’s the perfect place to hang out, enjoy a cup of coffee, and indulge in some savory bites. Additionally, I found the choice of cutlery (bubble glasses, glass tumblers & jelly mugs) really nice. These little details add to the experience. Much love to this place—I've just found a new favorite!
