The resort is excellent by all aspects... Staffs are very friendly and cooperative.. Dinner and breakfast were excellent . Swiming pool are very nice. Overall natural beauties are mind blowing. Garden villa room was excellent. We are very much satisfied. A day very well spent. Value for money. Service: 5

Review: Unsafe, Dirty, and Completely Unacceptable – Do Not Stay Here I stayed at this hotel recently and was absolutely horrified by the experience. First of all, this is not a 5-star hotel — it’s dated, filthy, and in serious need of attention and proper management. There was a large, male-only work event taking place during my stay, with hundreds of men congregating in all public areas. As a customer not part of this event, I felt completely overlooked and unsafe. The atmosphere was intimidating and clearly not managed with the comfort and safety of all guests in mind. To make matters worse, the public bathrooms had no doors on the toilets — a shocking lack of privacy and a serious concern in a shared space. It’s unacceptable and incredibly uncomfortable, especially for women and non-attendees. Repeated requests for basic service were ignored. Staff seemed either overwhelmed or uninterested in addressing concerns from guests not associated with the event. The whole experience was deeply disappointing and made me feel disrespected and unsafe in what should have been a professional and comfortable environment. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be pursuing a formal complaint. This is not a safe or appropriate place to stay. Service: 1

I was here at this beautiful resort for our offsite event. I was lucky to be in room number 5007 because I would say it is the best one. The balcony opens to the beach. I was there for three nights and we enjoyed it a lot. The food is generally very good. What I observed was that a few of the items in the buffet were from the previous day. In some of the rooms the table space is very limited because the TV is not wall mounted and is actually placed on the table. Their justification was that hardly anyone comes here to work. That's fair though. Service: 3
