We enjoyed a good dinner here and the stay was very comfortable. There is a wide variety of dining options. Mr. Karthik was especially helpful and was very customer friendly. He listened and implemented all our requests and did his best to accommodate us. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just wanted to highlight a nice experience I had here. My wife and I are visiting from America and wanted to have a nice meal while in guntur and were referred to this hotel. We were disappointed to find that when we went they only had their Christmas buffet available. We were about to leave since we preferred à la carte, but Ravi Kant the manager insisted that we stay and that they would open the kitchen to prepare whatever we wanted from the menu. He even opened the bar for us to have some drinks to relax after a long journey. This is the andhra hospitality we were looking for. The food was excellent (perhaps a little spicy for our Americanized palates but genuine Andhra style), but the extra effort by Ravi and his team made what we thought was a disappointment into a memorable experience. I have visited welcomcafe at guntur in ITC hotel the food was amazing and the service was very quick in a professional manner would highly appreciate Amulya from the service team who helped us with everything from the beginning to end and special mentio to the chef deblin mitra eho recommmended good food options and took special care of us I would definitely love to visit again .
