Wave Mall is one of the only malls in Jammu, offering a decent shopping, entertainment, and dining experience. While it is not as large as malls in metro cities, it houses major clothing brands like Lifestyle and Kapsons, along with sportswear outlets such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Skechers. For cosmetics and skincare, options include New U, Nykaa, The Body Shop, and Forest Essentials, catering to a variety of beauty needs. Electronics enthusiasts can visit Reliance Digital and Imagine for gadgets and accessories. The multiplex is a good addition, providing entertainment options for moviegoers. However, the food court is relatively small, with limited choices such as Pahalwans, The Mad Rolls, Anantham, KFC, and Burger King. Due to the mall’s popularity, the food court is often crowded, making it difficult to find seating. Parking is available at ₹50 for four-wheelers, which is reasonable. However, one major drawback is the lack of a supermarket, which could have added convenience for shoppers.
There used to be hella options before now they've zero choices day by day in clothing/household items also their prices are increasing which you'll get at half from other stores. They food quantity and quality is degrading day by day. It's over crowded, won't recommend at all.
I had a disappointing experience at this mall’s bowling alley. The lanes were poorly maintained, the balls were chipped, there were only 9 pins which is unacceptable and the scoring system kept malfunctioning. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing the issues. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for bowling.
