Went with family to celebrate my parents' anniversary. We made prior booking. Ambience was very beautiful with a fountain view. The area is very spacious and great for a large crowd. We also did cake cutting there. Staffs are generous. Price is affordable. Ordered Chicken Togarashi and Leek Yakitori, Crispy Wasabi Prawn, Chicken Souvlaki and Chef's signature Garlic Prawns. Food was tasty and good quantity was served. Food quality was well maintained.

Visited Waterside Café at Hyatt for their dinner buffet recently. The overall experience was pleasant, though the food left room for improvement.The starters were decent — nothing particularly memorable, except for the chicken stroganoff, which stood out with its creamy texture and balanced flavors. The live grill counter, however, was underwhelming. The selection was limited, and the grilled items lacked the smoky flavor and tenderness you'd typically expect at a buffet of this calibre.The main course was passable — again, nothing that really wowed us. It served its purpose but didn’t elevate the dining experience.Where the meal really redeemed itself was in the dessert section. A good variety, well-executed, and the cheesecake in particular was the highlight of the night — rich, smooth, and indulgent.The ambience of the place was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout. While the setting and service lived up to the Hyatt standard, the food could definitely use a boost, especially considering the premium pricing.
