Waterfront Multicuisine Restaurant – Yercaud We visited Yercaud today as tourists, and had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of my female frnd in our group urgently needed to use the washroom, but the staff refused to allow her unless we bought something first. This was extremely insensitive, especially considering it was an emergency situation. We also checked a few nearby hotels — some claimed their taps were not working or there was no water. As per general hospitality norms and guidance followed across many states in India, establishments are encouraged not to deny basic needs like drinking water or emergency washroom access. Even 5-star hotels cannot deny these in genuine situations. With such behaviour, we would strongly advise tourists and locals not to visit this place, as customer service and basic courtesy were completely missing in our experience. We hope the management improves their approach and shows more empathy towards visitors in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wait time is too long for receiving ordered food. We are waiting morethan one hour. Service is very worst. Not cleaned restrooms, no water in toilet. Server let us informed and asking alternates after 45 minutes due to my Ordered items not available.
