The hotel may or may not be doing a "noble" cause, I don't know the facts, neither do I care when I am paying INR 5000 plus taxes and out of my nose for the food here. It's a horrid place from the word go. The pictures on the website and also on TA mostly show the exteriors or common areas of the property which are good. But the rooms are a nightmare!! Few Glaring points are as under; 1. Dirty and worn out Towels and Napkins 2. Toiletries cant be worse. Even hotels charging 500 Rs a night shall surely give better. 3. Toilet Fixtures Broken and un repaired 4. Housekeeping was a nightmare. We went out at 10.30 AM and came back at 5 PM and the rooms were not touched by the Housekeeping staff!!!!! Ultimately they did clean it on request at 9 PM. 5.Rooms are also ill maintained with paints peeling from doors and stains on walls. 6. Simplest requests for a Laundary bag or some sugar took 40-45 mins and at least two reminders before the resort obliged. 7. Room service for food was beyond words and the waiter carried all our food totally un covered and ice cold to our room. Even then, the hotel had the audacity to charge hefty premium charge for the room service. 8. No staff is in uniform reflecting the professionalism with which the place is being run. 9. Restaurant is a RIP OFF and disastrous and since the place is in such remote location, you are forced to eat here. We felt totally cheated and the place is horrible which wasted our time in Jodhpur. We suffered, please avoid and stay away from this horrid place
