We visited Wasabee (Prince Anwar’s Connector) during Durga Puja, a time when restaurants are usually overcrowded and one doesn’t expect either great service or consistent food quality. To our surprise, from start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. Mr. Joydeep Sarkar, who was managing our table, was extremely attentive, and the rest of the staff were equally courteous and professional. Despite the evident rush and the long hours they had clearly been working, they never let their exhaustion show and made us feel genuinely cared for. Coming from a hotel background, we understand how demanding such days can be and that made us appreciate their effort even more. The food was outstanding. Every dish was well balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The taste, quality, and presentation exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend that the restaurant retain the current head chef, CDP, and the dedicated staff, as they are truly the backbone of this wonderful experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend Wasabee to anyone looking for great food and warm service even during the busiest times of the year.
