Once the promenade around the Majnu ka Tilla is over, visit Waho Tenzin Hotel. It's great to try Chinese and Tibetan cuisines. Clients may have nicely cooked butter chicken, momos and paneer at this restaurant. The whole impression won't be complete without coffee that is good here.
Waho Tenzin Hotel is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of reviewers mark that prices are adequate for what you receive. The nice ambiance gladdens visitors and attracts more guests. Google users assigned the rating of 4.2 to this place.

We stayed at this guest house and found everything to be perfect. The food was very good—clean and hygienic—and the staff were polite and provided excellent service. I just wanted to mention one small issue: the fan in the room needs to be fixed. When we turn it on, it’s very slow, and when we increase the speed, it becomes too fast. The speed settings don’t seem to be working properly. Sometimes we prefer using just the fan instead of the AC, so it would be great if this could be looked into. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very poor professionalism ! Receptionist lady so disrespectful and not helpful at all. They might check in other clients who might pay more not according to who reserve first. Pay higher check in faster!! Kicked us out too 1 day later even if we reserved for 3 nights. We didn’t have enough time or we would have sued them how they treat with reservations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could give minus - stars. This is the most stupid staff I have ever seen. Especially the morning restaurant reception Tibetan girl and the Indian server. All they care about is just greed for more tips. That’s all. I felt harrest ... **Incident - I had a long journey from the US, so I pre-booked my stay at Waho Tenzin Hotel. I was only left with a few changes of Indian rupees after paying for the taxi and other stuff, so I thought I would change money the next day. My friend was supposed to come to meet me early the next morning, but he got delayed due to some work. He told me to go to the restaurant and have my breakfast. He would pay it through Paytm online as I was short of Indian currency. I agreed and there I met these two beautiful people. After breakfast, I took a pic of the receipt, the Paytm QR code, and WhatsApped my friend to pay. As he was in traffic and in a hurry, he just paid them whatever was on the receipt. So those staff members were so unsatisfied and sarcastic about the correct amount they got and they couldn’t get any tips. God, please have some shame. I usually tip more whenever I take an auto, a restaurant, or a taxi because I feel satisfied with their service. But tips are always optional and I should do it my way. Don’t make tips a habit and mandatory even when someone is in my situation. Don’t tell me when, where, and how much to tip. I know it. All the best with this kind of attitude..
