Beware!!!!worst place to stay.Tenzin Kunsang the manager has no manners and doesn’t know how to talk to females.The math ain’t mathing and the common sense ain’t so common theses days I guess.Spent 3 night and they charged us for 4 nights.The reasoning they gave is because we switched room in the same hotel from regular to deluxe.He said it’s MT rule that if you switch rooms after 12 that I have to pay for the empty room and the deluxe room for the same day.Doesnt make any sense.So basically he said we have to charge you for the regular room and deluxe room for the same day even though you moved to spend the night in deluxe room.So he said regular room 2235 + deluxe room 2835=5,070 for one night.Since we moved from regular to deluxe at 2pm.WTH.Not worth the price tag.Does not make sense at all.Mind you we are a family of four with my amala and my 3 year old son.Mind you and he has the audacity to say if you don’t want to pay then I will just deduct it from the workers salary.Broooo ssly ur using some innocent front desk lady’s salary to get the money out of us bro get a life.First and last at Waho Tenzin place.I would not recommend this place to anyone.And then the owner pulled later to explain to the manager that he doesn’t make any sense.Yea FOH charging us for 2 room just because we switched the room in the same hotel saying we have to pay for the old room and the new room at the same time.!!!!!!!! Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

all the staffs are very polite except the Tibetan lady at reception , no greetings and hardly reply back when u say tashi delek and instead looking at us like if we have tress pass her private property should be learning from the rest of staff Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Our stay at Waho Tenzin Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel staff greeted us warmly and provided attentive, friendly service throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities that enhanced our stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, perfect for people like us. Plus, the food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the variety on the menu, which featured with tibetan, Indian and some international dishes as well. The service in the restaurant was impeccable; the staff was attentive and kind. The atmosphere in the dining area was cozy and inviting. The combination of delicious food, warm hospitality, and seamless service made our experience memorable.
