The worst possible response from the team, online it is showing open till 1 am whilst doesn’t take orders post 10:30 pm. Belgium waffle should maintain their standards by at-least giving better customer experience. Due to high surge of online orders they don’t respond to the walk-in customer at the stores.

PLEASE DONT CONFUSE BELGIAN WAFFLE FACTORY FOR BELGIAN WAFFLE CO.Its was an absolutely horrifying experience.It was sad on taste, depressing on stomach and deadly on intestines.PLEASE DONT CONFUSE BELGIAN WAFFLE FACTORY FOR BELGIAN WAFFLE CO.THE STAFF WERE GOOD AND THE PLACE WAS DECENT. The franchise was the wrong choice.Good ppl hard luck in our perspective.Whip cream is a new touch... or else dont go here.
