Third Wave Coffee has become my go-to spot! The atmosphere is fantastic. Beyond the coffee, the space itself is thoughtfully designed and provides a great environment for working. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the wonderful staff. Everyone is welcoming, but I especially appreciate baristas Saraswati ,Suresh, Jyotismita,Ranjeet, laxmi. They are always so friendly, and are incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude really enhances the whole experience. If you're looking for a productive workspace with fantastic service, this is the place! I recently visited 3rd Wave Coffee and was impressed by the exceptional quality of their coffee as well as the enticing Wednesday offers. The coffee is really good, carefully prepared to deliver a rich and balanced flavor that truly stands out. A memorable part of my experience was the excellent service. Due to our confusion we have ordered and received a coffee without milk, which was not to our liking. One of the employees immediately noticed the issue and approached us with genuine concern. He kindly offered to replace the drink with one that included milk. This thoughtful gesture left a strong impression on us and highlighted the staff’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I had wanted to mention the name of the employee who provided such attentive service. Unfortunately, I could not recall his name at the time, but I will be sure to ask him again on my next visit and update my review accordingly. Overall, 3rd Wave Coffee delivers on multiple fronts with excellent coffee, attractive offers, and a level of service that makes every visit memorable.
