Terrible experience, they just cant get your order right. Staff was distracted while taking order, had to repeat order 3 times and still he could not get the order right. My order was taken by Naveen. My friend was vegetarian and he confused a veg item with a non veg one, and we didnt realise soon enough that its non veg. Really not expected from such a brand.

Poor rude behaviour by the staff at bill counter the lady is very rude hesitating to take order and when we question about any meal she is feeling very irritated don’t know why third wave coffee should definitely think about getting the best staff who know how to handle customers! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
