Thirdwave Coffee never disappoints. We had an amazing experience at this particular store. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or get some work done. The quality of coffee here is top-notch, and the menu has something for every coffee lover. A special mention to Jyotismita, the Store Manager, who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly make the experience exceptional. I've primarily ordered the cold coffee with whipped cream and caramel frappe from this Third Wave Coffee location, and my experience has been consistently excellent, about 98% of the time. While a few orders weren't perfect, the staff always went above and beyond to make things right. I love the personal touch they add—the handwritten notes and bills with their names on them. It's a great way for me to appreciate them and provide feedback. Without even knowing their faces, I've come to know many of them by name: Smita, Ram, Ranjeet, Laxman, Atul, and Surya, just to name a few. I recently stopped by the cafe on a busy, rainy day, and despite the rush, they prepared my drink to perfection. I've attached some photos of the flawlessly whipped cream they're known for and look forward to my next visit to enjoy a drink in the cafe.
