First of all I had booked my slot through dineout 50% offer under GIRF and the same was only allowed on waffles on not on other menu items when I placed the order. Nothing was mentioned in terms and conditions in dineout page of waffle bites. It should have been mentioned clearly. Further they don't have an option to pay through dineout pay which made me upset. Even the waffles were not baked properly and were not hot and crispy which other customers also complained. The staff was continuously talking with each other and were not interested in serving the customers. Recommended others to try other waffle place. Hope they improve in future.

Edit 1 : Management cleared my doubts and took quick action. Will definitely visit again. Thanks
