The belgian waffle was not crispy at all... It was dine in (not an order of swiggy or zomato)

Hi! We noticed that your order was placed through Zomato/Swiggy. Just to clarify, waffles everywhere — including ours — tend to stay crispy for only about 5 to 10 minutes. Since they’re made fresh on order, they’re best enjoyed immediately. With online deliveries, there’s always a chance the texture changes during transit.
