Yesterday i Purchase cake from WS Its worst quality n taste. When I tried to raise my concern in-store, I requested the contact information of the supplier or store manager. Initially, the staff refused to share the details. Only after a difficult conversation was I finally given a number — but even then, my calls were ignored. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expect a prompt resolution,regarding your quality control and customer service. This is not just about a cake — it's about the trust we placed in your brand for an important moment. We expect better service and product quality.
