I recently visited the Wow! Momo outlet at 20 E, Lindsay Street, New Market Area, Kolkata, and was quite disappointed with the service. The self-ordering kiosk wasn’t working, and when I went to the counter, I was told their computer system was down. They asked me to download their app to place an order, but even the app wouldn’t open properly. After all the hassle, I finally told them my order verbally, only to be informed that one of the items I wanted wasn’t available. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced slow service at this outlet. Every visit involves long waiting times and mismanagement. The only saving grace is that the food tastes good—but honestly, the service makes it hard to enjoy. Definitely needs improvement. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
