I've consistently faced disappointing experiences at the WOW! Momo outlet in Gachibowli over the past 10 months. Despite its convenience due to proximity, the staff and cashier display unprofessional behaviour, often refusing to accept payments via Zomato and Swiggy—even when customers are eligible for a flat 15% discount. The quality of food is also concerning. The manchow soup has repeatedly been subpar and required replacement, and the chicken steamed momos often taste undercooked. These issues aren't one-offs—they've happened multiple times. Additionally, the treatment of Swiggy and Zomato delivery agents is troubling. They're denied entry during rainy days, with the excuse that they wet the floors. Worse, they're made to feel unwelcome—as if they're a burden. I strongly urge WOW! Momo’s management to review this outlet's service standards and ensure respectful behaviour towards customers and delivery personnel alike.
