If I could give a negative review, I would have given -5. Ordered food, it was raining I understand. But it has been 1 hours and 25 mins since I placed the order. The rain has stopped. Yet no delivery partner came and delivered my order. The support wasn’t responding. I had to come and receive the order myself. They won’t refund the money. And other clause they had was they cannot handover the food directly to the customer. They have to be handed via the delivery person only. Weird, I won’t recommend ordering from wow china app. Rather order with zomato or swiggy. Worst customer service I ever came across. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
