Wok Talks takes cue from the current make your own Chinese meal concepts which are in play mostly in the retail mall setup. Hence concept wise nothing new.
We have tried their Rice and Noodle options respectively on two different occasions with guests. They have the standard Wheat, Flat and thick noodle option to choose from. A whole lot of veggies to choose from and both Paneer and Chicken options which make up for your Protein section. You can then choose the sauce you need which ultimately decides how your dish will end up tasting like. Bali and Bangkok sauce were something we just about appreciated.
From a taste perspective, there was nothing great, the quantity was decent. But overall as a package it left a lot to be desired for us.
Service was decent, and we got our meal quickly (these Chinese dishes per say do not have a high preparation time). Price wise, its per what we would end up getting in any other retail setup.
Here's how the experience rated so far on the scale below:
Food: 3/5
Price: 3/5
Service: 3.5/5
Ambience: 3/5 (Keeping it neutral as it’s a retail setup)
