Ordered Honey Crispy Chicken after paying Rs 270 using zomata platform. Look the picture and quality they delivered to customer. When called multiple times, they started debating saying we deliver 8 pieces and I got more than 8 pieces. The person in store charge even told me that they don’t bother about customer placing order from zomata. Rediciclous service and customer satisfaction. Dear friends please be careful before ordering from this restaurant and think about value of money. They are doing fraud with customers They even refused to pay refund since they couldn’t deliver the right quality to me. When asked the price of the honey crispy chicken, they don’t know.. and then said it should be 199 Rs. When it is listed as Rs 270 final price.. doing fraud with customers using zomata platform Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 1

Sorry for inconvenience caused ...we done our refund... however pls be informed online and offline you have price difference of 30 to 35 % Due to which we provide free soup on beyond 399..So customer and owner are in win win situation pls re-consider your review... thank you

Food is awesome here and i have been ordering or taking away parcel for like more than a year. Chinese items are spot on One of the best Chinese in and around Lodha casa rio. Must must try for food quality. I'm giving 3 star only because of service and that too in last fews months i have seen the issue like once there was an extra order prepared when it was not confirmed and another time the food that was sent was not packed properly all the gravy had spilled outside the box, the box was almost crumbled etc etc. I'm not sure if there has been any change in the staff but feels bad to see the service issue as food quality is their strength but service is lacking. Still i would highly recommend as food is tasty. Give it a try and you won't regret for sure. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
