Absolutely pathetic experience with Wefit - Ballygunge, Kolkata and Swiggy. Placed an order which never arrived even after 2 hours. This is sheer negligence and blatant disregard for customers’ time and trust. Tried calling Swiggy’s customer care repeatedly, but not a single call was answered — utterly disgraceful service. Both the restaurant and Swiggy have shown shocking levels of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Strongly advise others to stay away if you value your time, money, and sanity. Service: 1
