I ordered for heart shape cake and I received round one. I contacted the warm oven cake. They are trying to convince me to keep the same one and they didn't give any importance to that. The cake is also not so good.

I have asked to write mother's day wishes , and called the restaurant person over phone to inform. They agreed to do it. But even then the instructions were ignored. Very bad customer experience from WarmOven.
