If you ever visit Varanasi and you’re unable to find a restaurant that can accommodate your dietary needs, this is the place! The moment you enter in this restaurant, you can feel the change in atmosphere immediately. Such a peaceful and calming ambiance and the staff is absolutely fantastic, well versed in different dishes to the finest ingredient level detail. Food was impeccable, not too oily and not too spicy, just the right balance of spices with pitch perfect texture. Since we needed Jain food and my father was also sick in a nearby hotel, I was in a difficult position. But Mr. Praveen had solutions for everything. He was so kind and generous throughout, walked me through every detail of dishes I wanted and even encouraged customization considering my father’s health. He even found a way for the food to be sent to my dad’s room in a different hotel and asked me to not worry about that so I could enjoy the meal. Just next level! Rarely you meet such gems with a kind heart and above and beyond service. He even made sure that a customized breakfast (because of health issues) was prepared and ready to go for the next morning. Thankfully now we don’t have to experiment at different places, and go straight to Vyanjan without a single worry about getting the food that is customized to our dietary needs without any compromise on taste. Thank you so much Mr. Praveen for your hospitality! PS: If you guys plan to get comfier mattresses, we would surely stay there as well next time, lol. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to! They made up their own prices and couldn’t understand our order, even after we pointed it out on the menu. One muesli bowl with milk suddenly cost 500 INR! When we called them out on it it took us 20 min till they understood what they did wrong. Never go there! Only Indian breakfast possible. Bad coffee! Wow what a place to avoid. Not only was our breakfast really bad. The entire bill was wrong. We got charged complete different things and different amounts. Avoid this place at all cost. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
