We had a very disappointing experience. Despite booking a hotel by paying an advance and receiving confirmation, our booking was canceled and given to other customers simply because they offered more money. The hotel did not even bother to inform us about the cancellation.

We tried calling them for almost a week before the check-in date, but they didn’t answer our calls.

Unprofessionalism and extremely poor service.

It just remember this name for the best hotel in I have stay for a few days here in vrindavan Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.
