I ordered the special pav bhaji at Hotel New Vrundavan, and honestly, it was a complete disappointment. I had clearly told them to make it spicy, but they served it extremely sweet — there was absolutely no spice or proper flavor. They just added a small amount of crushed cheese on top and called it special, which cost ₹160 — totally not worth it for the quantity or taste. The butter pav had a weird oily smell, and even the bhaji didn’t feel fresh. On top of that, the staff wasn’t supportive or attentive at all. The overall atmosphere was also unpleasant — there was a strange smell in the hotel that made the dining experience even worse. Overall, it was a very bad experience for me. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good pav bhaji or decent service.
