Today I visited vrudeshwar pure veg and ordered a parcel of Hakka combination. When I opened the food I noticed strong unpleasant smell, upon testing it, it was clear that the rice was stale. the overall quality of the food was very disappointing. Serving stale food is unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risks. This experience has left me dissatisfied,. I hope they take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
