Really DISAPPOINTING : Order Taker was Kumar Aagtya used to be a favourite, but this visit was a letdown. Ordered pav bhaji and shev batata puri—only the pav bhaji arrived. Later overheard the staff saying the shev batata puri had been sitting on the counter for 30 mins, right in front of us. When we asked to cancel it, they refused and still served the same stale, unhygienic dish. Poor service and worse attitude. Really disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1
