Stepping into the restaurant of the Hotel Vrindavan is a treat for the taste buds. We have tried both their Thali and an à la carte dishes, and was thoroughly impressed by both. The Thali was a vibrant and authentic spread, offering a perfect taste of mixed Indian cuisine. Each small bowl was a burst of flavor, and the whole meal felt wonderfully balanced and authentically cooked. From the à la carte menu, mixed veg and paneer banjara were quite a standout dishes. It was perfectly cooked, with a smoky char and rich, complex flavors that showed the chef's expertise. The service was also top-notch—friendly and attentive.
