We hosted the Golden Jubilee celebration of my parents on 30 November at Mathura Hall, Vrindavan Restaurant, Vijay Nagar, Indore, and the entire experience was truly outstanding in every way. The lunch was prepared completely without onion and garlic as per our CHOICE, yet the taste, aroma, and authenticity were exceptional. The sweets were a major highlight—especially the Ras Malai and the Akhrot Halwa, which were praised by all guests for their purity, richness, and perfect flavour. One of the most impressive aspects was the personal involvement of every member of the hotel team. During my pre-event visit, each staff member associated with the function personally met us to understand our expectations. A special appreciation to Chef Shri Yadav who patiently discussed the taste profile, combinations, and variety we wished to serve, ensuring everything turned out exactly as planned. Shri Kranti Mehta gave exceptional personal attention to the food preparation. The quality, purity, and care reflected in each menu item were acknowledged and appreciated by every guest. The coordination by the GM of the Hotel Shri Mann Arora and Shiva, who managed our event, was excellent. Their attention to detail and smooth execution of every arrangement made the entire celebration seamless, well-organized, and memorable for all. Guests were equally delighted with the ambience of Mathura Hall, and relatives who travelled from Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai especially appreciated the food quality, purity, and warm hospitality. Overall, Vrindavan Restaurant, Vijay Nagar, Indore made our Golden Jubilee celebration truly unforgettable. Their dedication, teamwork, and heartfelt service deserve the highest appreciation.
