I had a very disappointing and unprofessional ordering experience with this restaurant. The person taking my order was rude and unhelpful. It was evident that they had very little knowledge about the different food options available. I wanted to order noodles and fried rice with one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian main dish, but the order taker was not able to provide any guidance.

They suggested paneer chili and chicken dynamite as the main dishes, and I also ordered chicken 65 and mushroom pepper as starters. I specifically asked if the sauces for these dishes were different. When I received the bill via SMS, I noticed that all the items would be served dry. I tried explaining my concern about the lack of sauce, but instead of showing empathy, the person on the phone claimed to be the owner and refused to engage in any discussion, stating that he didn't want to waste time.

I decided to cancel my order because of this rude and uncooperative behavior. It is disheartening to see such lack of hospitality and ownership from the restaurant's side. Businesses like these do not deserve success and accolades when they treat their customers with anger and unwillingness. I hope others have a more positive experience.
