If you’re craving authentic Goan Saraswat cuisine, Voltaire is the place to be! We tried quite a few dishes, the Ros Omelette Balls were absolutely delightful, the clams and mussels were fresh and bursting with flavour, and the squid was perfectly cooked. Their Clam Pulao and Chicken xacuti were packed with rich Goan spices, and the Special Goan Thali truly gave a wholesome local experience. The cocktails and mocktails were equally amazing, and the ambience added the perfect Goan charm to our meal. Whether you’re a tourist exploring Goa or a local looking to enjoy authentic Saraswat flavours, Voltaire is a must-visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹400–600
