Review for Vittle BoxAs regular customers of Vittle Box, we’ve always enjoyed the food and service — but unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment. The food we ordered was not up to the mark at all. Most notably, the grill sandwich was not grilled properly — it was soggy and cold in the middle, which completely ruined the experience.We expect better quality, especially as returning patrons who have consistently supported this place. This was the first time we've had such a bad experience, and we are very disappointed. We request a full refund for this order and hope this issue is taken seriously.We really hope this was a one-off mistake, but quality and consistency matter — especially for loyal customers.
