If you have never come across Vegetarian cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at this restaurant. Vithal Kamat offers you to try good vada, sambar and idli. Tasting the delicious tea is a nice choice.

We used to look forward to Vithal Kamat traveling on the Ahmedabad Highway. I believe the old place closed down being no longer accessible from the highway. The new place somehow lacks the ambience of the older location. The food though is still good.
