WARNING: MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD . I am writing this to warn every family visiting Vistari Kitchen. On Dec 28, we had a terrifying experience at the lift entrance. The sensors are completely broken, and the doors slammed shut violently without warning. My young nephew was caught in the middle, and we had to act in a split second to pull him out. The reception staff standing right there was completely indifferent. She didn't move to help or even check if the child was okay; She was only interested in welcoming new customers. Another bystander staff when we refused to use lift eventually had to step in to stop the door manually. We later found out this is a known, recurring issue that has not been fixed. Despite being extremely shaken and tense, we proceeded with our lunch only because we had pre-planned this treat for our cousins who had already arrived. We didn't want to ruin the family gathering, but the food does not make up for the criminal negligence regarding guest safety. If you are visiting with kids or elderly people, PLEASE be careful or avoid this place until they fix their lift. Highly irresponsible management. Very worst receiving I'm asking for one person sittings even the thry have six seater place also ask me to wait. I'm suggest that don't go for this resturant for single person. Even they won't give the respect to the single person
