Food was amazing and the service was unbelievably pathetic. I took 3 core members of my creative team for a treat after successful completion of a big project. We thought what better than the Taj. We went not for good food but for that feeling and hopefully great service. Here was the shocking service: 1. The waiter did not come even once after taking the order. Nobody else also came to ask if we need anything or how is the food. Not even once. 2. Nobody came to take finished plates. When requested, then 2 plates were taken as they were done. 1 guy was eating and 4th plate was done but it was ignored. 3. When the 1 guy also finished then also nobody came to pick up the finished plates. 4. We kept waiting and then had to ask to give something for washing hands. The lady came with a water jug for that, helped clean hands of 3 people and then ignored the 4th person. Also, did not bother about taking the finished 2 plates on the table. 5. We were surprised. When she came back again, we again had to request for water again to wash hands. 6. Fed up, we then asked for bill while 2 plates were still there. 7. She came with the bill. Saw the 2 finished plates but didn’t take them or asked anyone to take them. Just ignored. I paid and then left. My teammates said we should tell about the service but I told them that once we do that, the entire mood would be ruined so let’s just leave. At least the food was good. All the image of Taj that I had was ruined today. What kind of service is this in a 5 star hotel’s restaurant? Highly disappointed. The price was 3 times of any restaurant with that level of taste but one comes for the great service even after knowing that. Normal good restaurants have much better service. Would never bring anyone again here. Definitely not to celebrate or to give a treat. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We visited this Restaurant yesterday for dinner. The ambience and service was good. Buffet has great options for non-veg, but as a vegetarian person I find limited options for Veg food. Starters and Desserts were awesome Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Limited options for veg food

Today’s visit in the Afternoon @ Vista was Super Experience. Thanks to Jatin Bhandari for giving 2 of Us table facing Sea. One Portion of Backed Nachos was like a meal . & on Top of It , Big Birthday Cack for my Wife. We Sincerely thanking Jatin Bhandari, Mr Keshav, Miss Rupali & Mr Yogesh for the Super Service with WARMTH ( Taj Speciality). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Worth Visiting Any Time .
