Ordered falooda, but what I got was just raw milk. Taste was very poor and not at all like falooda. Totally disappointed with the quality. Not worth the money.

I had a very bad experience with Vismaya Bakery, Vellarada. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick it up, the cake was damaged and they had written the wrong name on it. We informed the staff about the mistake, and instead of fixing it properly, they tried to wipe the name using a printed bill and dust paper right in front of us. We were shocked and asked them what they were doing, but in the end, we had to take the cake with the wrong name. The staff were not professional and their hospitality was very poor. I am very disappointed with their service. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
