Customer serivce is poor. While we contacted the bakery for placing order the staff was very rude.Please try to maintain desceny with the customer.I guess the authority will notice it.

I had a bad experience from vismaya Bakery Malayinkeezhu today. I went there to order a birthday cake but the employee in the cash counter was reluctant to show the catalogue and insisted me to take the cakes already kept there. Prepared cakes are available in all the bakeries for that we don't want to visit vismaya. Other employees told him to show the catalogue but he was adamant that he won't show and told it's not meant for 1kg cakes. I have been constantly visiting the shop since they have opened in Malayinkeezhu . If any higher authorities are viewing this I have to say that any institution's itself doesn't have any reputation that depends on the employee's working there.
