The kind of pathetic service that I received on 31 st dec 25 is not what is expected from the restaurant. I ordered food at 8.49 pm and the person told me it will be delivered in 50 mins . However it is 11.15 PM and still the ordered is not received . I have been calling multiple times but the response is very vague and not acceptable. If you people are not able to deliver on time better don't take orders on the day when there is rush. You cannot have both at the same time. Multiple pending orders that is giving you money and customers waiting for the order. You need to take orders only when you are okay to deliver it within the given time frame if not close the restaurant and sit home. Poor absolutely poor service. Service: 1
