The food at Vishal Chaat Bhandar may taste good, but the service and attitude are downright pathetic. We went there recently to have chaat and forgot our water bottle. When we called the staff and even the owner several times to ask about it, they were extremely rude and couldn’t care less. The owner’s response was, “So many people come here, we are not responsible for it.” The reason I kept asking about the bottle was because it was a gift from my mother, and it had sentimental value. But they didn’t even bother to check or respond properly, just showed pure arrogance and zero sense of responsibility. So yes, the food might be okay, but the people running this place seriously need a lesson in basic manners and customer service. And make sure you don’t leave anything behind, because once it’s gone, they’ll make it sound like it’s your fault. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
