Visited the hotel restaurant at the ground floor for veg. food. Neatly maintained. We ordered for Veg Thali meal. It was around 1.30 p.m. or so. The waiter said it may take around 20 min. to half an hour. But immediately the food was served. Why then he says so? I don't know. This may be their stereo type reply whatever we order. The side dishes served were cold. Sambar was not served with the meal. On being asked, they said that sambar is never served. What a funny thing? Nowhere in any south indian hotel, rice meal goes without sambar. Is the hotel mge.ment aware of this lapse? Also boiled rice quality can be improved. Otherwise, the serving staffs are kind, polite.
