Vinoliya's Inn Fresh & Home Made in Pattukkottai offers a unique blend of Indian cuisine, prominently featuring both Halal and vegetarian options. Situated on Matha Kovil Street, this restaurant ensures convenience with multiple service options, including no-contact delivery, drive-through, and takeaway. Despite its presence on Google, it lacks comprehensive listings on popular restaurant directories, indicating a possible gap in exposure.
The restaurant operates exclusively in the morning hours from 8 AM to 2 PM every day, catering especially to early diners. Feedback from past visitors highlights efficient delivery and well-prepared accompaniments such as onion raita. However, there were some criticisms regarding the mutton biryani, particularly concerning portion sizing and taste expectations. These reviews, though outdated by two years, emphasize the need for consistency in quality to compete with other local favorites.
Payment at Vinoliya's Inn is flexible with options for cash and Google Pay. While preserving a home-made charm, there seems to be a lack of recent communication or updates from the owner, potentially affecting its current reputation and reviews. Further engagement and improvements may help it fulfill its potential within the community dining landscape.
We ordered Mutton Briyani @ Rs.240 per person for 30 members (Which was increased from 20 members since they said they can make minimum for 30) The person who spoke in the given number assured for the quality and taste of the briyani with so much confidence. Even though we didn’t tried it earlier basis the given confidence we placed the order and sharing this feedback. Pros: 1. The delivery of the food is very prompt precisely to the given location without much queries to reach. 2. The onion raitha was well made with quality curd. 3. The thalcha made with mutton fat was in good consistency and taste. Well prepared with correct spices. 4. The mutton pieces in briyani were very well cooked which were very soft to eat. Cons : 1. The mutton briyani was not as good as a quality dum briyani for the cost of Rs.240/- (Only briyani, onion raitha & thalcha) 2. The large pieces of mutton with bone in the briyani gave an awkward feeling of eating while we served to the guest. Many guest wasted it due to the too much big size. 3. The taste of the briyani was not so great even though it was home prepared with seeraga samba rice and well cooked mutton pieces. 4. We were given the briyani in two vessels where in one vessel almost 90% of the mutton pieces were there and in the second one nothing was there. While we thought of giving away the remaining briyani since our guest were only 20 we were forced to give only the rice.(Should have given proper details about the packing) Since we made chicken 65 on our own in home along with rasam and curd somehow we managed the lunch to an extend. Over all we are not satisfied for the cost we paid and the quality / taste we had. Later we found good restaurants for briyani in Pattukottai like Pannayar Mess, Kings Hotel, Remi and many more are offering much better briyani at the same price or slightly less. If you make the pieces small and make briyani with better masala and cooking method being a only home made option you can do wonders in Pattukottai. All the very best.
